The Bansho River was protected by the feudal lord 400 years ago as a river that nurtures the blessings of Saiki City. This is a course where you can ride an Ebike along the Bansho River, which originates in Saiki City and flows into the sea of Saiki City, and enjoy the Bansho River, the life and food of Satoyama. There are few ups and downs, and since it is an Ebike, it is safe for those who are not confident in their physical strength.

Monitor fee: 13,500 yen (tax included) / person (adult/child)

(Former Saeki Cultural Center parking lot)

◆You may get sweaty during the day, so please bring your own drinks and a towel to wipe away sweat. Please take care of your health.

Transportation from the finish line to the starting point. *Please pay your own transportation costs to the meeting and disbanding points.
*Parking is free.
Notes
◆Participants will be asked to fill out a survey.
◆In rainy weather, you may need to dismount and push your bicycle on slippery surfaces.
◆This tour will proceed rain or shine.
・The event is scheduled to go ahead rain or shine, but may be cancelled if there is a warning or heavy rain or thunderstorm. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please take measures to protect yourself from the cold and rain according to the climate.
◆Regarding cancellation of the event: In the event of storms such as typhoons and thunderstorms, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, the event will be cancelled. The decision on whether the event will go ahead will be made at 10am two days before the event. We will contact you via the official website and email.

◆8:30 佐伯市歴史資料館前駐車場集合 オープニング
◆佐伯城散策
1歩足を踏み入れれば400年守られてきた「佐伯城跡」の静かな空気に包まれます。自然について、歴史について学びながらゆっくりと歩いていきます。番匠川が支える街並みを140mほどの山城・佐伯城跡の山頂から眺めます。山頂では、佐伯市で100年以上受け継がれてきた万能調味料と呼ばれる「ごまだし」おにぎりで朝食を。「ごまだし」は魚介類が多く獲れる町でありながら、未利用魚も多かった「もったいない」から生まれた魚ベースの旨味溢れる調味料です。

◆番匠川Ebikeサイクリング
番匠川中流に向けEbikeで走り抜けます。季節ごとに変わる、番匠川沿いの暮らしの風景や自然の眺望を楽しめるコースです。
船頭町→住吉神社→番匠川堤防
道の駅やよい 休憩
山梨→宮ノ越遊水公園→沈下橋
◆13:00 ランチ 波寄公民館・さいき弁当(佐伯産食材を使用)
佐伯の食材を使った「さいき弁当」を番匠川のせせらぎを感じながらじっくり味わってください。季節やタイミングにより内容が変わります。(魚、野菜メニューが多め)
白山神社→水辺の学校→つばきロード→山王神社
◆15:30 山王公園・寄添う木 終了
サイクリングを終え、少し開けた堤防の広場で終了です。ツアーの感想などなどガイドとの交流も楽しめます。
◆15:45 道の駅やよいから送迎車にてスタート地点に送迎
◆16:10 佐伯市歴史資料館前駐車場着・解散
