Experience e-bike cycling around the Itoshima Peninsula with a local cycle guide !
[Experience Concept]
Through this experience, let's preserve the beautiful nature of the Itoshima Peninsula and the feelings of the people who live there for the future.
This experience aims to build a good relationship between locals and travelers by experiencing the nature of the Itoshima Peninsula and the people who live there. Please use public transportation to get to the meeting point, and enjoy the whole trip on an E-BIKE!
The experiences will include harvesting vegetables grown using circular farming methods (Zen farming) with members of the Kitazaki Future Creation Association, which is working to revitalize Kitazaki; making pizza in a pizza oven at Karatomari Village; and participating in beach clean-ups and beach combing activities with members of Kyushu University Umi Tsunagi, who work on the theme of a sustainable circular society and marine debris issues, to deepen understanding of the local area.
Participants will also be given original water bottles as a gift. By distributing them and being mindful of environmental conservation, we hope to preserve the beautiful nature of the Itoshima Peninsula and the feelings of the people who live there for the future through this experience.

◆People over 150 cm tall (condition for using E-BIKE)
◆Those who can cooperate in preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection

What's included in the experience
(Rental bicycle, helmet, guide, harvesting experience, lunch, beach clean-up experience, Itoshima Sabo drink, water bottle)
*Transportation costs to the meeting place and after the tour are not included.
*Event insurance is included from the time of meeting until dismissal.

◆This experience will take place rain or shine.
・The event is scheduled to go ahead rain or shine, but may be cancelled if there is heavy rain or thunderstorms that trigger warnings. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please take measures to protect yourself from the cold and rain according to the weather.
◆ Regarding cancellation of the event: In the event of typhoons, thunderstorms, or other severe weather, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, the event may be cancelled.
The decision on whether the event will be held or not will be made on Sunday, November 13th, one day before the event.
